I was actually just looking at the first photo on the website here and I noticed that in the reflection of the white gt off of the boss you can see that there was no stripe as well as the brembo wheels on that car in that photo initiay. good stuff Ford... http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/2013/

Maybe they put different stripe and wheel designs on each side of the car to be able to make pictures of different models without actually having to bring too many cars?

 

The photo of the brembo GT/CS with the V-6 grill is obviously pre-production. Look and you can see the same chrome grill surround as the 305hp model. The wheels in the spy photos and the striped CS photos are simply atrocious.

 

From the photos, its clear to me that they have not settled on the details. If you look at the photos of the cars backside, the spot between the lights is a matte black and not glossy like the show floor.

Maybe its just the lightening, but that does not appear to be all gloss like the show cars. I fully admit I could be way off on this, just how it looks to me.

 

I can't get any of the pics on the Ford site to expand when I click on them. Still looks glossy to me, but the shade could throw you off a bit.

 

Normally I really hate apearance packages or anything that doesn't activly make the car go faster or handle batter, but that white CS looks amazingly better than the standard GT. Making it harder and harder to waith for the '15s.

 

I saw the 2013 this yesterday at the LA autoshow. I completely forgot to look at the tires. It would seem to me that 650 is non functional if you can't get it effectively to the pavement. Doesn't the zr1 have something like 335's on the rear and still it can roast them off effortlessly.

 

What are we thinking price wise for this recaro seat option in the GT? My girlfriend wont let me order the car without it. I used to throw her around like a rag doll in the boosted rice rocket i just sold. She doesnt want to go through this all over again and i cant blame her.

 

They're $1595 in the current GT500 so I would guess somewhere in that range.

 

Ugh. Premium, 3.73 gears, brembo package, glass roof, and recaros. No way im keeping this under 38g's.

 

Yeah you'd be over that in the 2012. And we don't even know how much the price is going up in the new one.

 

Yea I am all in for a 2013 and I have 43k sticker as my projection. With options and increase in base price

Never really payed any attention to them but the Charger front end design looks rather familiar all of a sudden...

 

I really like the billet grille on the white CS/GT on the front page of the 2013 ford website. Also, the more and more I think about it, do you think that the lower part of the front bumper was made to house an LED strip right under where the v6 fogs go? I just saw a mercedes with an exact LED strip placement on the front bumper. I think it would look pretty good with that and some nice fog lights in the lower part of the bumper. I know some people don't like modernizing the Mustang, but to each his own I guess. Just a thought....
