2012 Order and X-Plan

Is it customary for a advertising fee ($498) and Fuel Surcharge ($54) to be added to xplan pricing.

No, there should be no extra fees with the x-plan it is a fixed price program.

Yes. You will have those fees with X-Plan. The documentation fee is limited to $100.

Everone pays ad fee and the fuel charge is your full tank of gas at delivery.

A little. The fees that the OP is referring to, are the two fees that are on every invoice in the invoice column under the total of the car. They are the FDAF assesment for the car (regional advertising fee) and also for a full tank of gas for the car. These two fees are part of every car Ford builds and everyone pays it. Even employees.

The fees that are capped for X-Plan are doc fees and they are capped at $75, nothing more.
