There's a conflict between the documents.

The price list says: "55D Brembo Brake Package - GT Premium (Rapid Spec 400A,401A)"

The order guide says: "— Optional on all GT arrays except 402A"

Can anyone clarify?

The Brembo Pkg is available on the GT Deluxe...if you believe the order guide.

Edit: there you go. Hmm. Is the Glass Roof available with the Deluxe?

So you can get it with the base GT?! Hmm, very interesting. I think I'd go for that except for the fact that you cannot get satellite radio unless you get the premium. If it wasn't for that I'd do it as I'm not too terribly concerned about having leather seats and mycolor, etc. I want the engine, transmission, big wheels and brakes. That is all. And good music too.

Without Sync you can easily swap in a nice head unit and put your Sirius antenna somewhere else that's not smack dab in the middle of the fricken decklid! Get a nice Pioneer Avic Z-110BT. If I can get 3.73s and Glass Roof on a Deluxe I may just go this route!

Anyone else notice on page 1 that the Shaker systems are single CD now?

Also, do we know if the front strut brace is standard equipment or part of the Brembo package that's not mentioned?

What do they mean by Vented Rotors?

Kona Blue with Brick Red interior FTW!

Is that still an option (or desired) with the change to a 6 spd?

IIRC the STB came with any vehicle that had any 19" optional wheels. If that was the case then I'd assume that the same setup would carry over to the 2011s. Yeah pretty unusual with the shaker systems. Never really heard of stereo tech getting unimproved.

It sounds like the corner carver and best all-around is going to be the GT Coupe with Brembos & 3.73 gears in it. I'm sure we'll see that model get thrown to all the auto news groups in the next month or so.

I also notice that we don't see any mention of Job 2 items, like the V6 Performance Package or Yellow Blaze being held back. This still gives me hope for the Recaros.

Yes it's still an option (manual only) and yes it's desired.

I highly highly doubt we will see a Recaro seat Pkg in a non-SVT car. They may have been an option in the 80s, but I just don't see it happening now.

Please someone correct me if I read it wrong, but it looks like its still required to get a GT Premium to get a Glassroof. I was hoping since they have the Brembo package available like it is, I was hoping the same ordering optioning flexibility.

Oh well.

Premium package is the only way to go IMO.

I believe the Driver Ornamentation Package is what was once referred to as "IUP lite" for those of us who remember the IUP holds back on the '05s. It gives the base interior an upgraded metallic-finish steering wheel and shifter. I had it on a rental V6 recently.

Could there possibly be some sort of trademark issue using the Brembo name in Canada?

When I had my '06, I had the CD changer full and listened to it daily. With my '10, I haven't even put a single CD into it. I listen to Sirius all the time now!
