I like it. It will look even sharper without the camo paint.

Is it just me, or is the 'fixture' piece for the horizontal amber-colored lights next to the headlights a tinted or black chrome, just like the Pony? I think it will look much better that way instead of bright chrome like we saw in some spy shots.

 

I like it, and I'm sure many of the worried 05-09 guys will too. Maybe it's me but this restyle wasn't as dramatic as I envisioned. Perhaps the success of the current car kept them from really mixing things up. Either way I do like it and can't wait to see the stats..... but I'm still gonna have to wait until 11' and this 5.0 that has been long rumored before I even consider the next gen Mustang.

 

Its all starting to peice together nicely isnt it. I like the everything so far with the exception of the rear end, somthings just not right. hopefully there will be a ducktail or new spoiler to make it blend better into that short deck to complete the "fastback" look etc.
Also, looks like ford cant quite understand we hate the ride height and/or wheels that dont fill
up the wheel wells. But, Im more optimistic now after seeing this pic. Im sure there are more good things that have yet to be revealed.
Great front end, with fogs, new hood and hips. bring on the 5.0 and lets roll with it....

 

I like it.... it looks a lot better than what I thought it would after seeing the first few photos.

 

That looks much better than previous pictures, I still don't like the tail lamps as much as the current ones, but maybe it will grow on me. I won't be changing up right away anyway, probably won't be until at least '11 when I am able to get a new car.

I like these pictures better as well. I am not a fan of the blinkers, but they do look better in these new photos. The new look reminds me of a 69-70. Very cool!

Looking better then when I saw just the rear yesterday. However, I'm not sold until I see it in final production paint. Panzer Winter cammo isn't working form me. I'm waiting for ****'s to roll down the windows and start shooting in those pics.

 

I love the front end but the *** end just does not flow well. And I cannot stand that black piece at the bottom of the bumper

i guess i am in the minority (likely a minority of one) however, i like the back, even more than that of the current model.
the new shape of the tail lights is much better and has much more character than that of the current model (simple red rectangle), and having them slightly recessed rather than protruding gives the back a much cleaner line, not having the recessed panel between the lights as on the present model.
the black section at the bottom does a good job of giving the back a finished look missing on the present one as well as breaking up the big bottom that the present one appears to have.
the one think about the new one is that, like the present one, it looks much better without the spoiler, a lot cleaner, less cluttered.

 

GT badge is the same.

 

Nice.. it looks good. Not very different IMHO. I actually don't mind the tail lights. I think it looks more "interesting." The rectangles on the current model have begun to look "boring" to me.

Definately not motivated to upgrade for looks alone, but a 5.0, if it's 400hp as claimed will make me take a irrational $16k loss on my '08 any day.

Also, I have a feeling this car will look ALOT better without the camo paint.
