2010-2014 Ford Mustang S-197 Gen II Lets see your latest Pics PHOTO GALLERY
Fronts have been used to get me to and from the road course, and for track weekends only. I get ~6 days out of a front set.
Rears I've been wearing year round. I had 40% left after 3 track days and 8000 street miles.
Overall I love the pads. Great stopping power, no fade and good wear rate for a near-race pad.
Carbotech XP10 up front (now G-Loc R10, 2 top guys from Carbotech started a new company using the same compound) and XP8 in the rear.

Thanks for the compliments on the night shot. Still kicking myself for being lazy and using digital zoom instead of just getting closer. You can tell it's pretty grainy/low resolution
Sorry for the delay. On a sunny day you will have to use a high shutter speed, between f/4-F5.6 aperture and a low ISO setting, between 100-400. If it is really bright out you might need a ND or a circular polarizing filter.
I know lots of guys seem to like HPS pads, but I have them on my non-raced car, and they squeal like mad at anything more than about 1/3 of the way down on the brake pedal and it gets worse the more humid/hotter it is outside. Getting rid of them ASAP.
I am curious - because when it comes time to replace my brake pads and/or rotors, perhaps my best bet is to go with OEM? They're quiet and stop the car just fine.
thanks Ben, i'll experiment this week. My first show of the season is on sunday.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with the Hawk HPS pads. My OEM Brembo pads have always squeaked, and still do when just cruising the streets. I'm at about 34k mi now, and could get another 30k out of em, but I'm looking for a better pad. We're a little off topic in this picture thread. So.....
