At a car show this past Sunday my Mustang met it's father. I've been trying to get pics of my car with a triple black gen 1 since last year with no luck. Finally happened. The '67 owner was real nice, and flattered that I asked if I could park along side for a photo shoot. He was more excited than me. We even "swapped" cars.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I was always skeptical about chrome being primarily anti-chrome (see my truck and bikes) but i thought this color and stripe combo needed some added pop to pull it together. I am satisfied with the appearance.
As for quality etc, i am very satisfied. There were a couple VERY small imperfections that i was able to live with. To see the entire rim they are jaw dropping. huge and shiny all the way around.
The BMC products on my car are all top notch. the CF hood, being hand laid is amazing in quality and fitment so i wasn't worried about their wheels. They're a good product for the price. They were packaged and shipped expertly.

Excellent! Both are beautiful. Thanks for the compliment on mine earlier
Are you closer to getting the CS's?

I love the CS40's and Patrick has been trying his damnedest to convince me to get them, but I want to stay with 19". I really dig the wheels you had before you switched, or Forgestar F14's which are somewhat similar. At the moment I'm contemplating a square 275/40/19 set up. I think the Forgestars have a 35mm offset so they might fill up the wheel wells pretty nicely.

TROPHY TIME!!!!!! I'll post that one last.
These are from a show on Sunday sponsored by a local chapter of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. It's normally open to all cars 25 years and older, but this year they were celebrating the six generations of Mustangs, so all were welcome. The club provided a dedicated parking area for us, with special prizes and raffles just for Mustang owners. All Mustangs got a very nice wall plaque.
The quality level and mix of all cars was exceptional. The VCCA presented a very professional and classy car show.

I Have No Life
Reno's coming along well.
Today the buddy that came over used to be a contractor, he set the tile while I was cutting it (my knees hated me for it), we got about half-way done, but love how it's coming along so far:
Tomorrow the front lawn and driveway are getting a complete makeover ... the driveway is getting widened and the front lawn is gonna lose the stone wall and will be nicely graded, drain pipe buried underneath to drain both sides of the house hidden, meaning the long gutter at the end of the driveway will be gone too.
The lines in the pic below show where the new driveway will go out to:
And the after, as it was at 8PM last night:

Darren looks good!!!
But would you kill me if I stated I preferred your old setup/wheels over this one? Sorry man. The chrome is a little too much...just my humble opinion. Your car looks fantastic either way, so...
Sorry I've been awol lately. Just busy with work and family.

Thanks for the compliment Burton Of course I don't mind if you prefer my other setup Those are going for refinishing and will be put back on at the end of the show season.
Thanks JoeMidnight. The shiny factor is certainly there. It's taking some getting used to, but i'm committed to it for this season.

This is my 2014 Mustang GT with my new Staggered Super Snake Style Black Wheel & Mickey Thompson Tires from American Muscle. They are 19 inch 10 inch on back with 285's. They came in three days and I think made my car look awesome. They are a little louder than what I took off but they sure grab alot better.....
