I have white to amber switchbacks, but they're not as bright as my Triton ambers. I might have to revisit those again or buy some new stronger ones.

Thanks Alex! I agree, and hopefully next week after the rewire, it will look like that permanently. I don't know why I waited that long

Should be a breeze. I could do it myself, but I'm not really into electronics and wiring stuff. I could have just connected it to "hot"/always hot, but I wanted a switch installed, tucked away underneath by the OBD II port. For the cutting of the panel etc, I'd rather have a pro do it. And they are only charging me 1 hour of labor. That's a no brainer. Would've taken me 8 hours to do, probably. LOL.

What's up James... thanks buddy. I'll keep you posted on the results. One of those "simple" mods, but has a strong effect

Anybody has a pic of a Mustang that is double exposed? I am looking for a frontal shot showing a regular pic with the engine showing in another layer.

Thanks.

I am thinking of how to do this in Lightroom. I know I have to take at least 2 tripod shots. One with the hood close and another one with the hood open. But, how do I edit this in Lightroom?

The overlay part is easy... where I have difficulty is how to remove the opened HOOD from block the windshield and rest of the car

If you have photoshop its wayyyy easier.

open both pics into the same work space, have the pic with the hood closed as the top layer then have the pic with the hood open the bottom layer, then just use the eraser tool on the top layer over the engine part.

Russ... that's the problem. I only have Lightroom I still have to get myself to pay the $$$$$$$ for Photoshop. Ugh.

As far as erasing the hood, doesn't that erased the layer beneath too? Turns it "white"/blank?

no as long as you have the top layer selected. it will only do that layer.

Russ I hope you're not wrapping the car when it's dirty like in your pics kidding man. Suspension upgrades look nice. Keep us posted!

Is there a way to do that in Lightroom? (since I don't have Photoshop)

There is a free photo editor called Gimp that is almost as powerful as Photoshop. Not the most user-friendly/intuitive interface, but the online help feature works really well. It is available for PC and Mac.
