^ awesome Shiaz! I truly envy all of you who can literally drive their toy cars NOW. We have a freezing rain/wintry mix warning for tonight/tomorrow.

Btw, love that Z to your left. Brings back memories of my white 370z. Have you guys seen it? Hence, my username.

That was a beautiful car!! How do u feel about your decision to switch to the 5.0?? I was salivating over the Z when I first saw it, as I was always a Nissan fan in the past

Thanks sir. The only regret I have is that I couldn't (should've) keep them both. Having said that, I have absolutely zero regrets of upgrading to my 5.0. The looks, sound, power, quality, and seating capacity of the 5.0 (imo) were superior to that of the Z. The transmission was wonky and engine coarse. Interior quality was subpar. Fun to drive and handle but no torque. And of course the best part of Marilyn is that I can take my sons with me.

FYI I also had a G35 coupe prior to the Z. So yes I was a Nissan fan too!

As for today, here's some pics I took this pm. Started her up before the winter storm tonight.

Yea I love my 5.0 way too much, I never regret my choice :-) I look around at all other cars, and I just think this car has that balance in looks, performance, and lasting appeal as any Mustang never loses its cool factor no matter how old. Yea the interior lacks a bit of refinement (my 2013 Focus has higher quality materials) but good enough for the price. I hope to keep this thing forever :-p

Nice looking Z Burton. Very nice. What made you trade/sell it for the Stang?

I fit the chin spoiler on this afternoon. It looks so **** good. This weekend I'm going to stripe it so it matches the car.

I kinda like the lip without the stripes. It adds a nice border. I can see it looking good either way, but I think it looks great as is!

I really like your car, that is exactly what I want to do to my car when it comes in. I ordered the over the top racing stripe, and I am going to order extra stripes and have them installed over the front and rear facia. I am also going to have the lower rockers stripped as well. I was wondering what it was going to look like. Thanks for the pics.

I think I mentioned it earlier... But it was mainly 3 things. The power, the sound, and the ability to haul my sons in the back. . Add to that the more refined engine and the looks, all I needed was a 1/2 hr test drive. Game set match. Bye bye Z lol

Pic heavy post!
Workin under the hood of my buddies old Supra, we sanded 10+ years of gunk off the heads, throttle body, intake manifold, put a new battery, new alternator, got new spark plugs, spark plug wires, new coilpack, and ordered a host of other small stuff.
After that was all said and done i came home and cleaned up my car givin her some much needed TLC.
