I would do without the stripes, the grey looks so good and that black just seems to ruin it.

Thanks, Columbia. I don't see to many mustangs up here. I'd liked to find a local club or start going to some shows.

 

I'm Charleston area, Ladson/Summerville to be exact. With it being summer it shouldn't be too hard to find a couple of hang outs or car shows going on. I know in my area there seems to be at least one every weekend. I used to belong to the SoMD Mustang Club back home and we had a great time. Hoping to find something like that here. Best of luck.

Find the NC/SC car show guys on Facebook. They have shows and meets all the time. Also modern musclecars of the Carolina's. I just moved from Columbia. Now I'm in Germany.

I bought a very early '10 Taurus SEL new. Probably the nicest car I'd bought to that point (and maybe still)... but I had every single 'known issue' there was to have with the first model year, and some very poor 'Customer Care' from Ford. Got out of it as soon as the '13 Escapes came out. Of course, we've also had every single 'known issue' there is to have with the first model year Escape, too. Sooo... maybe there's a lesson there.

yeah i checked out some of the pics on svtp, some clean stangs for sure. im getting pretty serious about picking up a sho and turning my GT into a garage queen so it can be clean always. try to post some more pics, i didn't even know there was such thing as mustang week lol
