drove a Fusion Hybrid today. It's fantastic. Very big and roomy, seats are comfortable, the steering wheel has all the controls, the steering feel is great, the view out the back is a little bad, and the side mirrors could use some convex lenses, but the car was quite peppy and even with the dealership guys hooning it around the dash readout still said 39mpg.

Ford Fusion wins 2013 Green Car Of The Year
After three years that saw a diesel, a plug-in and a natural gas vehicle win Green Car Journal's Green Car of the Year award, the Ford Fusion won the title this year at the start of the second day of the LA Auto Show. The Fusion was nominated in part because it has a variety of powertrain options: hybrid, plug-in hybrid and an EcoBoost gas engine.

My name is Andrea and I'm with Ford Customer Service. Current Fusion and Escape owners, please look here to view the official recall release from Ford Motor Company: http://media.ford.com/article_displa...ticle_id=37458
After reviewing this document, if you feel that your vehicle may be included in the recall, you can confirm in two ways. You can check your VIN here: http://owner.ford.com/servlet/Conten...ge/RecallsPage Or, send your VIN to me and I would happy to find out for you.
Owners of these vehicles are advised to contact their dealer immediately for alternative transportation at no cost to the customer; U.S. owners also may call 866-436-7332 and Canadian customers also may call 888-222-7814 for details on securing alternative transportation.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to PM me.
Thanks,
Andrea
Come on Ford, just when you get things rolling,
You kick your own rear end.
Everyone knows turbos create heat, you didn't think enough to insulate or give enough distance for protection.???
