I think I'm going to end up keeping this tainted b*tch, so it's time to get off my butt and make her better. I have a on-going checklist of stuff I want to accomplish before years end:

- rim change coming soon. Don't ask, you'll have to wait and see
- front suspension refresh: new a-arms, new bushings, new ball-joints and new endlinks so I can finally give her a decent alignment
- exhaust change. The Stingers are getting abit loud and making my car too noticable. I may switch to a *gasp* chambered muffler
- smog. Sadly, the time has come for California registration
- heater core replacement before winter
- re-tint the windows
- new seats

alot to do, but with work kicking into high gear (moved to a busier fleet shop in the east bay), it'll all be done

Sounds good man. Go Bassani! Grab a catted X from them too to be smog legal. Corbeau GTSIIs would look great in your interior (same seats I will eventually own, and will match the factory rear cloth seats in your car). I need to redo my whole suspension too. You just got wheels and tires!

there is no way that this car will ever pass the sniffer here, so the long tubes are staying I'll just have to, ahem, acquire a smog What do you think of the Summit seats? I found a pair locally for cheap. I'm bored of my deep dishes lol

Haha well, ahem...shoot me a PM. My smog will be due pretty soon, and I'm tired if having 4 cats...

I know a couple local guys running the Summit seats. They are great for the price. I just don't want the vinyl, but I've seen some very similar in black or red cloth on eBay. You ever go to Maier Racing in Hayward? One of their customer/shop cars is an 03 GT that's all tricked out. Full MM suspension, KB, wide body, etc. I think the owner's name is Ricardo. His car is featured on their website (silver GT), but yeah he runs those same seats. Or well he was last time I saw it haha!

they're going up for sale. Unfortunately, if you want them, there's seriously 4 people already lined up for them. It'll be a few weeks though. I'm spreading the reminder of the rims through my next paycheck

Normally, I enjoy ordering parts off Summit's website.....

New Ford Racing throwout bearing and a new Ford Racing clutch fork are on the way to replace the pile of dog doo that's in the bellhousing now

Throw out bearings blow. The day I put my new clutch kit (king cobra) in the 94 the bearing started squeaking. I still haven't gotten around to fixing it. I just rest my foot on the pedal.

If you have some time tomorrow evening you should swing by San Jose. Arin will be down as well as Pat (laser red) and we can take those wingless shots.
