so I'm planning on going to the Knott's this year for sure. Before I go I have a few things to accomplish on the car.

It's going in for tint next week. I'm hunting for a bodyshop to paint a hood for me, probably get a shop off craigslist auto services. I'm gonna try and get new carpet in and a tune/dyno so I have a dyno sheet display. Small list, but keeps it easy to accomplish

Dude your stang is turning out just like i want mine to! Im gonna get a roush kit though and possibly with red stripes. Im tryin to get some custom corbeau seats like those but black with red inserts. Everythin else will be blacked out though. I even found a knight rider type light to out behind the pony in the grille. Oh and red LED lights tht go behind the rear bumper that will shine through the small holes in the lower part of the rear bumper. Ill post pics once i get the roush kit. Just need to come up the cash

Everything's always up for sale, just has to be a right price. When I put her up on CAFords, I was only getting trade offers for notchbacks. I'm only gonna accept cash for as the reason for a sale would be to jump to a Terminator. I'll just keep holding onto it, making improvements and fixing issues.

many probably know, I've been dealing with misfire issues for the past couple months. This week was the worst. #5 injector was just dumping fuel, the driver side plugs when I pulled them had fuel and oil on them. The presence of oil isn't ever a good sign and I'm pretty sure the rings are gone. These problems are coming at the worst time when I'm needing a car that isn't breaking all the time. So the decision was made to trade away the Trick Flow heads and the cams for fresh stock PI motor. The long tubes will be going away in favor of some Ford racing shorties and a catted X-pipe. A few steps back, yes. But atleast my car will be worry free again.

So the GT is being parted. The heads, cams, injectors, long tubes and X-pipes are up for sale/trade for stock parts plus cash. I'm gonna run stock PI heads and cams, shorty headers and a catted X-pipe. The ECU needs to be replaced so that will be done when funds allow. Then she'll be registered in California finally and prepped for a fall trade in on a '03-'04 Cobra.

Prob a newb question but would the long tubes and x pipe fit a 98 auto gt? I have an x pipe but it's standard length and long tubes would b too long on it

the 2000 is officially dead. I'm tired of dealing with it's issues and unreliability. The part out has begun, locally at 1st

and I have my eye on a stock 2002 already to replace it

RIP 2000 GT, you were a pain in my *** but I enjoyed my time with you
