answer I gave the other post:
check codes and see what is going on or what cylinder is doing it. you could have a power issue to a coil, excessive carbon build up, faulty injector, etc. also you may want to try and clean the maf.

I would check it out with an IDS scanner. Do a power balance test and cylinder contribution test. You need to narrow it down to what cylinder is causing the misfire. Then you can determine if the problem is base engine or fuel/spark related or possibly even timing.
