OK . . . .
Good News = Strut Tower Brace Is ON!!
Bad News = Misaligned hole on passenger side strut (top) and one of the taps didn't take too well on driver side. So . . . . redrilled hole and used nut on passenger side and will be adding lock nuts on all screws tomorrow.
I'm kind of pissed because I hate to screw up especially drilling into the strut towers but it's my own fault for the misalignment. I did get some grade 8s and once I get the nuts to truly tighten the strut down I will be happy . . . but still pissed for screwing it up in the first place!

lol, i was staring at the first pic for a long time trying to figure out what that crazy bracket thing was on top of the intake. Stupid me forgot all about the shaker and was too intrigued to scroll down a few pics.

they definitely help. though they are a pain in the hiney to get on and off. Hate having to pull off both wheels and inner fender liners and also for mine had to pull the cowl and hood off. Just to get the strut tower brace off my 98 cobra

You know . . . . I didn't have to take my wheels off or inner fender skirts out to tighten the lock nuts down on the bolts. I just jacked up each side and was able (fairly easy to my surprise) to use a a couple different socket extensions (depending on bolt location) to tighten everything down.

Finally pulled the trigger on a Rear Seat Delete kit. Yeah, yeah . . . . I could have made one but my time is precious! 
As soon as I install it in I'll throw up some photos. I also have my eyes on some new front seats as well, but they may wait until spring . . .

Seems I can get them for a very good price at a local speed shop. And I have read Corbeau has changed their cloth material . . . for the better as I understand it.
So with the RSD and new front seats I should save ~75lbs.

OK, finished the RSD installation. Yeah . . . color is a bit off, but when I get new front seats they most likely will be Black cloth. Another item, seems the 2003-2004 Mustangs have a restraint bar and thus have two bolts protruding through the rear of the transmission tunnel. Instructions say to shave down for a cleaner fit, but I can't justify shaving the bolts . . . not yet anyway.
I probably saved about 30-32lbs. I also did not remove the rear seat belts which are suppose to weigh ~5lbs.

Your Mach is the pinnicle of Machs. 
I bet most of the stock front seat weight is from the power seat.
I need a Mach, I wish my focus was payed down more.....
