I send out two pieces, 84 inch each. (This is 7 feet.) As you work it around the door, you'll end up with about 4 inches extra. You would carefully and a little at a time trim this down so that the ends eventually meet.

It's easy...

Sorry the inside pics are a bit blurry!
Wow, I'm blown away by how great the white looks!!!! The contrast is great.

What brand is that??

Umm, how about I send you a sample pack with 4-5 different colors and you decide? There's no charge. PM me your mailing address, I'll take care of the rest.

Personally, I have a very dark gray that I think would be perfect for Alloy. But hey what do I know? I drive an Orange sTANG?

I love the welt on my G.O. My dad has a white vert with the red interior. What do you all think of white welt to match the body color on the red interior?

I just did this on my Mustang on Sunday -- black convertible with white Shelby Super Stripe so have white welts

I posted some pictures on the Black Mustang Club web site, and I must be the first member to have done this - all positive reaction and questions on "where can I buy it too"

THANX THEY LOOK GREAT!! Thanx for the hint on cutting them shorter, and I cant even see a seam on the bottom. I really appreciate this. Thanx again.

O. to put them in the rear....can I? I looked and its a plastic panel, not like the one on the doors. will it still work?

Unfortunately, at this time. No. They won't work in the rear.

??? http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showpo...&postcount=189 If you didn't want to go the route I took, you could put the welting in the channel around the recessed area on the back seat panels if you put a bead of clear silicone adhesive/sealant in the channel, then laid the welting over that. I'd still recommend taking the panels out though, for better lighting, manueverability and over all ease of working on it. But if you put it in there without a material that matches the door panel insert, IMO it would look strange.

OK, let me rephrase. It won't work without some sort of adhesive. And I for one would not personally lay down a bead of ANYTHING in that groove. But hey, that's just me.

Can you? Sure. Should you? It's up to you. By the way MTAS, great job on the back! Your hard work paid off nicely...

Yep Stan you're correct and bring up a few very valid points. Once a person starts the project (the rear panels), you don't go back. You'd have one hell of a mess on your hands and a messed up interior in the process. It's not for the squeamish
