Yup. My 08 has it too. Wonder if it is plenty effective at preventing tint from scratching?

Recieved 08 weatherstrip today. They are Soft and Fuzzy! Should Work Well with Tint. Expect to Pay About $75.00 Purchased Locally! Ford Has Very Limited Quantities and will go on B/O Quick I am Sure. I see no Reason why these would not Work on any 05up Stang but fit is Not verified. I can Save you some Bucks if you wish to purchase from me.

I do Not Have the PM Feature as Questions are Hard Enough to Keep Track of Between Forums and Emails. I tried it and it just did not work for me. I could not PM Hotsheets. I will shoot you a price though!

UPDATE!

I did a Little Digging As Per FORD,{ Prior Model Mustangs Use Slip Tape Design Weatherstrip. New Flocking tape Style is Backwards Compatible!} Ford Tested Some on a Few Late 06's. 07 Was Supposed to Have New Flocking tape Starting Job 1 in 07. But do not be surprised if yours Does Not. Parts for the Assembly Line Can be Pulled out of Sequence and it is not unusual to See Early or Later Parts on a given Year. 05-06, 07's and 08's All Show Different Part Numbers for these Strips. I can not Determine if the 08's are a Better Design than the 07's But I would Say the Latest is usually the Most Revised Part So I will be Offering the 08's for Customers.
