Yes, Ford Racing suspention. It was on the car as a few mods already done from their performance shop, Along W/ JBA True duels, and the FR500 18" Wheels. That's pretty much why i fell in love w/ the 6er to begin with! Never expected to wind up with this tho! I am totaly pleased w/ this.... IMO it looks better than the real deal due to the springs and wheels. Got the rear shelby splash shields on today. Very discrete, but i like the look..... I'll post a pic or 2 tomorrow. As well as my e-bay tribute piece, to top this all off. I'll post a pic and explain tomorrow as well.

Car looks awesome! The GT500 stripes really finish it off compared to what you had over a week ago. The FR500 wheels go really well with the black. Hey did you pay 10g's for the real Cobra rear emblem that was on EBAY?

Thanks Mangler, Yeah, i agree on the stripes, after i stepped back last week, i could not wait to get the stock one's off as they just looked horrible w/the mods.... they were too thin. Ohhh and the emblem, LOL.... really, i was willing to let mine go for $9995.00 shipped!LOL!

I would love to be at your Local Dealer when you pull it in for Service! That would be Priceless! You Should Take it Down and Park it in front of Sales and Just Stroll the Lot looking at Mustangs see what they will give you on a trade in on your GT-500 That would be fun.

How do these splash gaurds attach to the car? I need a set of splash gaurds cause my new wheels kick up too many rocks and such. And if you dont mind me asking how much for the set? Thanks! And by the way your car looks awesome!

These are my e-bay find.... original dash tag from the late 60's shelbys..... It is only on with tape for the picture and the clear peel off protective cover is still on. just temporary for this picture, i still have to take it to be engraved. I'm thinking "Gt500 Tribute" or Gt500 Replica or somthing on those lines..... Maybe it will help calm down the people who get all uptite about this sort of conversion, but i doubt it.... I just wanted Carrol's signiture in there..... Kind of like the GT-H cars

Thanks s197...... they are simple to install.... just used a angle phillips screwdriver so i did not have to remove the wheels. They attatch to the rear splash shields (2 screws removed) splash guards on (they have a clip also to hold them in place) re-install the 2 screws.... done! As far as price, they were really cheap, but i know K/C requests not posting his prices on the net, so just contact him and i'm sure he'll hook you up.
