OEM Gt500 Spoiler vs Clone

For those with the clone GT500 spoiler from ebay
I bought this spoiler some time ago off ebay from thespoilerstore. I did not put it on as I have painted stripes which are cleared over so it is smoothe. My body shop wanted 280 to paint the spoiler so I held off. I got rear ended, so I am doing it now.
Well, upon looking at the spoiler the body shop is now filling in the 2 holes that the spoiler does not use by welding and smoothin (gak!). Now, after reading this, I find out that this spoiler has 2 holes in other places and the installation dos wants you to drill the deck lid (I misplaced the install doc.) The shop did not mention doing this, does it need to be done? Have you had any issues with the spoiler when only one hole is used? I drive at 80 MPH here in Atlanta on a daily basis and am worried about the stress on the spoiler when only using the 2 holes.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I have had the prepainted "SpoilerStore" GT500 clone on my car for about a year now. For the price I figured what the he!!, I'm not ever taking this thing off, I'm drilling the outer holes. The supplied directions and little templete alignment thingy made it go easily. Just have a few beers to get your courage up and let her rip. Being the rear deck is aluminum, it was easy.
I've been thrilled with it every since. Like mentioned, don't over tighten the screws/nuts. Even with the outer bolts, I over tightened at first, and had a bow between the outer screws and stock location screws. I loosened things up, let it settle back down, and retightened (less torque) starting in the middle and then the outer screws. No gaps, bows, leaks, or anything.
$180 is a good price. They were $200-$300 back when I bought mine.
