I'm not saying the Spurs will win. Honestly the Heat should win, and it'll be their fault if they lose. And the Spurs accomplishment for putting them down.

This is why they play the games.

Still gotta pick up two games out of four against the world champions.

I agree. He has no coaching experience ... Shouldn't he be an assistant coach for few years first before getting this job?

I think if he were smart he'd feel the same way. I'd go start as an assistant on the bench of one of the current bright coaches for a few years and then take my shot.

This way he's gonna fail miserably and then wind up as an assistant anyway.

Just my opinion.

It's like a baseball player being brought up to throw too soon. Can do more harm to the career than good.

Agreed!!!
Take Aaron Rodgers, he was patient, and learned all he could from Brett Favre, now he's the top qb. And better in some categories.

You imagine how the previous coach feels, what even gives the nets an idea he can coach, experience....? Michael Jordan was and still IS best player in world and has tons of knowledge , but his team sucks. Just saying..lol
That Russian owner has his head up in the clouds.

I told my wife before the game the Spurs are gonna have to beat the Heat and the refs. Stern wants at least 6 games. This is why I hate the NBA.

They showed it on ESPN Sportscenter this morning. I think Mike Dunleavy and Avery Johnson were two of them.

Couldn't be Avery. He worked the bench as an assistant under Nelson before taking over the reigns the next year.

Well lord knows Kidd has been in a lot of different systems. I guess he can pick the one he liked and go with it.
