I need some help getting in touch with an eBay seller. Here is the problem. I bought a set of chrome cam covers on eBay from Super Mobile Performance. I dropped them off with my mechanic who was to put them on during the install of a Paxton sc. When he pulled them out of the box, they are both left side covers. I have sent emails to the seller and have gotten no reply. I did find the name of the "seller" and thru 411 got a phone number. Been calling it but no answer. Does anyone know any more about Super Mobile Performance and how to get in touch with them. And yes, I did try there website but no contact information. Thanks.

 

if you cant get a reply from the seller and if you paid with paypal then just file a dispute paypal and you will be connected very fast. I had a problem with a seller not replying to emails and as soon as paypal connected him that they would be refunding the $$ I paid the seller fixed the problem real quick. Just tell paypal (if you paid with them) that your problem and the seller wont reply to emails and they will handle it for you...

 

Ben, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Do exactly what Cory said. We get calls about this all the time in the white collar crime unit. As far as filing charges you are out of luck. It is very difficult to pursue charges against someone when the internet is involved. File a dispute with Ebay and Paypal. I hope you used Paypal. Good luck.
