I am sorry to say that I am not very computer literate. That is why I hesitate to post on the forum. I would be glad to send the pictures to anyone. Thanks!

Wow, my valve covers clearly have much larger ribs.

Nice, two different types of valve covers for the 07 year. They probably changed suppliers and I got the newer one.

Our car was built in the first week of 07 production. It has to be really difficult for the aftermarket suppliers to keep up with all this stuff.
I have to say I am very pleased with the C & L , the service I received from Alternative Auto and the Lidio dyno tune. Sure makes a difference in driving pleasure.

My car was built week of August 7. If you look at the pic of mine, do the ribs appear larger than on yours? Our pics aren't at the same angles.

Chris, the ribs on our valve covers do not appear to be as prominent as those in your picture. They also seem to be wider apart. I can say that the C&L bracket on our car fit with room to spare.
I am sure this caught C&L by surprise. It must be a different supplier or something or maybe our car being such an early 07 had a valve cover from the 06 inventory.

Hey guys,

I checked out some '07s at our local Ford dealer today, and found that 2 GT's had the "larger ribs" on the valve covers, while an '07 Saleen had that "old style" valve covers. We are going to have to change the bracket to compensate for this change. Just today, I had to grind some brackets down for kits that were shipping to '07 customers. We are on the case, and hopefully, this will no longer be an issue. Thanks for the heads-up...
