The track looks like a blast! Did you try running the heat on full during the sessions? That pulls enough heat from my car to keep coolant temps reasonable. Sorry to hear you had the overheating issues still
Did you pull the front grill out? It looks like the track is pretty demanding in terms of heavy braking to slow speeds, then lots of long acceleration runs. I find that type of track brings temps up the most. Ones where there are more high speed turns tend to keep temps down for my car.
Track looked smooth, fast, and fun though at least!

Hey guys, quick question:
Has anyone needed to replace the front wheel hub/bearings? I have 21k miles and ~10 track days on my car. Last year I had to replace the rear axle bearings, and now the fronts are sounding noisy.
Has anyone else has similar experience? I'm thinking 21k miles and 10 track days is a bit soon.

No issues with mine. A friend of mine with a 2011 has had to but he has likev14,000 track miles on his car... 21k sounds very early to fail

sadly I could think of anything to try (fail); I think I'm going to do the heater (fan) and possibly the grill for June. Would an oil accusump help with lowering oil temp or is that strictly for maintaining oil pressure and fluid in the engine during high G's?

Wow, nice driving and great video! Where/how did you have the GoPro mounted?
Also I know it's kind of a bummer your car was still overheating, but how did the AutoBlip work out?

No, Accu sump would not help with oil temperatures. It is a reservoir that is under pressure, and only feeds more oil when pressure is lost in the sump.

No pics yet, however most of my hardware is in now and just waiting for some warmer weather to support installation. Parts list below:
Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates
Koni Yellows, customized with separate valving for rebound and compression (double adjustable) and set for significantly more rebound resistance
Ground Control / Eibach coilover springs
550# front
280# rear
ride height adjustable front and rear
Maximum Motorsports adjustable tie rod end links (bump steer)
It's going to be a very stiff setup, but it should be absolutely locked down and far better suited to support the aero setup.
Also, I have in stock:
Steeda intake
Girodisc front 2 piece rotors
Girodisc rear 2 piece rotors
Remaining to order:
Accusump
Steeda tune
New fluids all around
Rear diff active cooling (pump/fan setup)
Rear wing cosmetic improvement (2x2 twill top layer)
That's about it I think... cannot wait for 4/24 to roll around to try all this stuff out!!!

Once you add a roll bar, driving without a helmet gets a little iffy

Still registered, but it's rare I drive it on the street. I'll probably keep it registered since CT makes you pay property tax on any car you own, even if it's not registered. So for an extra $45/year, why not take the race car out once in a while.
