GOOD JOB! Looks killer.

 

I went to a car show, hung out with a bunch of good people for a few hours, on the way home I painted some black stripes on an on-ramp to a main highway then went and hung out with a couple of buddies working on one of them's 89 LX hatchback with a stroker/Vortech combo, left another couple of stripes in a parking lot somewhere.

All in all, a pretty good day

Axle or catback???

 

i washed mine, then took it to a barbecue but along the way she REALLY got her ego stroked...
a fella on a crotchrocket sped up beside me, slowed to my speed looked at me and nodded, then sped up and onto an off ramp. another biker on a sport touring bike at the strip mall was walking around her while i was coming out with my liquor for the bbq. complimented her. then upon leaving the bbq after dinner, as i was slowly making my way out of the neighborhood, a little kid, maybe 10, yelled out 'Nice car!'.

At the bbq, a fellow car enthusiast was asking me if my car had the multi colored ambient lighting option. I had no idea. Tonight i played around with that and sure enough, it does. ice blue is the only color that's easy for me to look at while driving though. the ambient lights can be anything, so purple for now, but my guages have to be ice blue. I also had no idea what HALO was until tonight too. also cool.

 

Axle back

 

Congrats... I had the axlebacks as well for a few months... Then had to upgrade to full catback. The difference is like DVD surround sound versus a live concert!!! You'll upgrade soon enough.

 

Thanks Z, Sometimes DVD surround sound sounds better than live, depending on the band. But I know what you're saying. We'll see how I like it and maybe eventually go for the catback.

 

Last night a woman I work with told me someone told her how good my car sounded so she wanted to hear me crank it before she left. As soon as I did, she started jumping up.and down going hysterical with a giant smile on her face. It was pretty cool seeing someone so excited over my car.

 

I see your point. Np. Yes, try it out for a few and see. No harm.

Last night took a buddy for a ride to the store, turns out it was closed. Nevertheless, he enjoyed the coaster ride. He claims it has more pin you back in your seat feel than his C6 on full throttle from a roll in 2nd.

God, I love my car.

FINALLY got my car in for tint! I've been so busy with customer orders I haven't had time to do this, so I made some time for today and got her done!
