I agree 100% and respect greatly what you do. I HATE detailing my 12' GT (actually it's never been detailed by your definition). I love driving it and it being clean but detailing a car isn't for me. I wash it every 10-14 days and hose it off just about every time I drive it to knock off the dust. I use blackfire wet diamond every 6 months and that's it. I keep the wheels shined and tires Armor All'd. Hey I have no swirls though lol. Yeah, I'd be one of the guys you'd cringe at.

Sorry I don't mean to imply he/you did not know what they're doing when hit comes to detailing. I have not seen any of your work.... I am sure you guys are good.

Am just saying there's a lot of folks in general who think they do....then I see them wiping down their cars with bath towels. Lol.

Nah bro, I promise im not in your league in detail knowledge. I dont do it but appreciate those that do and know how to do it right. I basically protect it the best I can from the elements. I just have no patience for detailing (correctly that is). Make a thread on how to properly do it correctly. Or pm me. Im always up for the knowledge atleast.

I guess I just had it too tight. I was at a light just playing with it in neutral at a light, heard a snap and pieces hitting the ground and the shifter went limp. Zip tied that ***** to make it back to my shop. Gonna order parts Monday I guess. Really aggregating

Rolling with zip ties as a makeshift shift linkage... That's gangster man IMO.
