drove to the weekly mustang club meet at the casino, but it was raining and then absolutely torrential so we watched the hockey game inside and talked. Full range of mustangs, from 67 to '13.

Looks incredible sir. I am a huge fan of that gen mustang. What's the diff between cobra lights and gt lights of that year? Is it the amber turns?

 

Thanks Darren! I appreciate it. They've been the cheapest mod along with painting the calipers, but those two did the most for the car!

 

Brought it outta da garage, washed it, treated the tires and wheels, left it alone for the rest of the day. After going out for dinner, the Wife took two of my boys, got outta my new Escape, took off in the Mustang. Beautiful evening for the top down. Gonna treat the black top tomorrow.

 

Yep, the amber turn signals. Also installed on "export" cars, similar treatment done on the 96-98 export cars. Corvettes that go abroad have tails like these too.

 

Europe is all about the amber signals. I washed, clayed, and waxed yesterday so I spent all day ogling. So did everyone else for that matter.

 

Steve... but you imported your pony from the States, right? So no amber for you?

 

WD40 is a great stain remover, works on anything. Spray non, let ir soak a little bit.

 

Yep, clear front and amber rears are required in Europe. The front bulbs can be amber, but the housings are clear (and no ugly amber reflectors).

Yes, I imported mine from the states. I also have tinted side markers so I'm different on all levels I guess.

 

I'm tempted to do that. That's the only "amber" I have remaining on the car.

 

Drove my Shelby home from the dealership today. WOW, that a car. SVT knocked it out of the park with this one.
