On the driver side, the cover has a hump built-in to clear the sound-tube mount. I used my Dremel to cut this hump out so the hood strut could lay flat and not sit on top of that hump.
I had no issues with the pass-side piece

My dad's coworker, who has an '03 Cobra, came by the house and looked at the Mach and took a couple pictures of it. That was a compliment in itself.
