Just took a little drive along CA 1 north of San Francisco.

 

I've had the car since Wednesday and finally had time to give it a proper wash after the wash down the dealership did for delivery of the car. Must say I am much happier now that I have washed it myself. They did not do a terrible job by any means, just did not wash it the way that I like to. Every nook and cranny. Door jambs wiped down along with trunk and engine bay. Couple more months and will be clay it and wax.

 

Drove it to Austin and turned around and drove it back. Love driving her on a highway cruise like that.

I led a group of ten cars total (my Mustang, a BMW X1, a VW GTI, and 7 Honda S2000s) from Corvallis, OR to the Wheatland ferry. It's a small cable driven ferry that crosses the Willamette River. We took the entire ferry but got all ten cars on. I relinquished the lead on the other side and we continued up to Oregon Highway 30 and on to Hood River, our last stop of a week-long road trip. My Mustang has performed brilliantly!

 

Backed it out onto driveway then back into garage since skies looked uncooperative. Haven't driven her on over a week

 

Got caught out in the rain for the first time. At least I made it for a little over 2 years.
