Betcha you were a little nervous leaving your baby with them overnight, huh? Looks like they did a great job on the vinyl.

And, got promoted to Orange Belt! Don't get this colored belt confused with other forms of Martial Arts, achieving the rank of Orange is difficult, took him almost 3 years!
Since Tom got on the subject of being on the web, notice who this little guy is in this pic?
Here's Chris flanked by the Gracies, Rener to his right and Ryron to his left.

Graphic-Express Vinyl Pictures
Here we go... I uploaded 19 pictures of the graphics at different angles and distances. The one shot of the hood open with the red text shows where I will trim to make the gap even all the way around. Most people would probably be happy with the way it is, but since I'm so picky I'll have to trim it.
GRAPHIC-EXPRESS PICTURES
Let me know what you think and if you would even bother messing with the gap.
I'm 99% sure the 'POWERED BY FORD' is going to go, but I wanted to leave it on for the pictures. I have Bill's vote... what does everybody else think?
I also have Bill's vote for the rocker stripes. I wasn't sure if I would like these when he (Dan at Graphic-Express) said he would put them on, but when I pulled up to pick up the car it looked a lot better than I thought.
I'll post more pics when I'm done trimming it. Not sure when I'll do that, though.

I was all for the rockers until I saw pic #3680. In that pic, it would look better without the stripe. Sorry to throw a wrench into spokes, maybe it was just the angle of that pic.

3679 looks ok, but not 3680? It might be the angle and the way Photobucket distorts the pics slightly. They are really growing on me now (the rocker stripes)!
Click here to see what others say...
How's this for trimming by eye? Now the upper gap looks less because of the camera angle, but they are all very close now.
Attachment 4993 Before
Attachment 4994 After
Here I'm standing on a step-stool behind the car zoomed in to see the trim ring up close. The gap in front of the trim ring STILL looks smaller because the hood is on an angle. The only way to see if everything is exactly the same is by being directly over the hood. For this reason, I'm sure it's fine as not too many people look at my car from above.
Attachment 4995
I think the zoom was focusing on my freezer, as it looks nice and crisp along with my SCHP emblems...

So you trimmed it already? Nice job!

And, yep, I trimmed it and I'm much happier with it now. I had to lay down a blanket and then lay on the hood to get my face right up to the stripe to do the cutting. I actually trimmed ALL the way around the back, evening it up and making it the same width as the front gap. Look at the attachments two posts above... the only thing I did after taking those pics was round off the sharp corners of the vinyl to match the other corners.

Still waiting for Daryl's and Susan's votes, too... along with any others that want to chime in!
The standing vote is:
Rocker Stripes: (Me, Bill, Mike)
'POWERED BY FORD': (Me, Bill, Mike) Go HERE for the 'POWERED BY FORD' poll!

I voted out of place.
I like the rocker stripes.
I got my Moleskin in friday , I`ll be puttin those on today.
Also ordered the dash cover from Moss Mustang , as the sunscreens don`t really fit the windows with the X8500 Radar Detector in place , and it will keep the dash covered from the sun better.

The PBF still isn't working for me. It has that initial 'WOW!', but quickly fades. Your poll voters may be casting their vote based on that initial look.
Good job on the 'trim by eye', looks professional!

I've read that the TX heat is too much for the Velcro.
BTW- No issues on the Velcro glue melting for me, but it rarely gets over 90deg here.

I just bought a new digital camera yesterday!
It's a Canon SD550, 7.1MP. Also got a Sandisk 1GB SD Card.
Of course, my very first pics taken are of the Mustang!
I took these in Hi-Res Mode, but resized them down to post them here.
Also including pics of the lower silicone sleeve on the Shaker duct.

Great camera! Found some non-Mustang money to use?
