From what I understand is that dial-up or DSL or whatever you will typically have a dynamic IP address using DNS. What happens is your modem gets assigned a IP address and it will stay the same IP address until the provider determines that it is not in use and will assign that IP to the first request that comes in. I believe that unless you are using your own equipment to get out to the net through your own server... etc that you will have a dynamic IP.
Then that said a board like this can't really block your IP address 'cause they don't know what it's always gonna be so they block an entire range. If mine is 71.4.125.33, then they'd block 71.4.125.0 to 71.4.125.255, effectively blocking me and the other 255 people from your specific ISP and area from getting in. It can happen but probably isn't.

I'm still pretty sure mine changes every time I log on (within a certain range, like Brian said). It's listed as a DHCP server, so it is still a dynamic IP address.

That white Mustang is the "new" H281 from Saleen right... using most of the PJ components ?? Except for the headlight splitters I like the looks of it. FINALLY Saleen did a S197 justice !

Well I took the window scoops off Saturday, What a PAIN in the A$$ !!
Taking them off was not very hard, it was cleaning the 3M tape from the car.
Not for sure how long it took, but I am a nice shade of red now.
I was so aggravated I left the side scoops on for now.
No pics either, I will try to get some soon.

If they are still attached good and aren't lifting, I would keep them. They seem to flow with the car a lot better than the window scoops did.
If I had your car and still wanted window scoops or louvers of some sort, I would still only go with the flush-mounted SHR ones. I talked to Marcello at Fantasy of Flight, and they do not leak if installed correctly.
Also, I would think about ordering them black. Then, that window-shape would still be visible on the car. Would have to photochop it to see, though.
