Depending on how the $70 mount looked like, you probably made the right choice. At most shows, you wouldn't want to keep it unlocked as most idiots would take it out from your trunk and wave it around.

If you look up the SN95 frames on their website, you'll see different choices available. I'm guessing those are available as options.

I'm sure you'll like this frame if you get it.

I'll post these pics in the general forum as well, but you guys get to see it first.
Bill...looks good

BTW, I can tell that you are in to details: you have all the security screws at the same angle. Nothing wrong with that...that's the way that those things should be done, but hardly anyone actually does. It's called workmanship/craftsmanship, and it's what (IMO should) win shows

Hahaha!! Thanks for noticing, Mike. It's a sickness I have. Everything must me straight and consistent. Sometimes I get carried away..

At least I'm not alone, I think Tom is worse than me.

If not worse, equal... I, of course, noticed that, too. I would have to make sure they were the same. I even make sure the phillip heads are all the same for the frame!

I like everything except the frame. BTW-I think the MGW Shifter **** looks better than the hurst ball. I didn't think I would but after seeing the pics I like the MGW ball better.

Let me think what other wierd stuff I do on the car...

* All the hose clamp in the engine compartment are all straight and aligned.
* Oil, coolant reservior, washer fluid caps are all right side up.
* Gas cap is also right side up.
* Stuff in my trunk have to be in a certain place.
* And for the most craziest, cleaning the undercarriage.

I'm sure there's other things, but I can't think of them right now.

They're both nice *****. Obviously, there's more detail invested in the MGW Gripper **** versus the que ball.

It's cool that I can switch between ***** in 30 seconds flat!

Wow I hope I don't get that bad. But I think it's starting. Rotating the tires today I cleaned the back side of the wheel. First time I've ever, ever cleaned the back side of any wheel I've ever owned.

Great. I'll probably start noticing which way things are aligned now.

Another one is to ditch IE immediately and get firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
This way you only have to use IE for going to the windows update pages. I stopped using IE years ago (still have to use Windows @ work )

Oh, when I say ditch IE, I mean stop using it unless you absolutely need to IE: Windows update.
That is, if you can still get to TMS and read this...

Well, good news and bad news:

Good news = I decided to download Mozilla. I had always heard good things about, and was about to get it a few months ago, but then IE7 came out and had tabs and all, so I decided to just stick with IE.

Bad news = It DID NOT fix my issue. Firefox's message says "server not found", but like I said it's available when I use someone's wireless. So, I'm really starting to think that my IP address is being blocked for some reason (perhaps it's the 12 posts/day).

Back to Mozilla...it's pretty nice, but I got so used to the new IE7 that this seems a little bit of a step-back. Also, the location of buttons and stuff is different. But, after adjusting things to be similar to the IE7 layout (and figuring out that I needed to download a new flash player), I'm now pretty happy. I just use the internet for simple searching, etc, so it's really just a 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of another situation.

the only thing I kind of miss is the little click noise when you go to new pages. And, the layout of boxes/buttons/etc on webpages is a little different, but just something to get used to I guess.

Yes, that is one think I wish it did was make that click noise when you click on things. There was supposed to be an Extension to fix that, but it didn't work. I doubt your IP address has been blocked. Most likely, your IP address changes everytime you log on, anyway.

I use IE7, no issues at all.

I also use Safari on the Mac. No issues there either.

Mike, an easy way to test your blocked IP address theory is to connect a router and plug into one of the ports.

One thing, is your connection issue you're experiencing only happen with TMS or can't connect at all?

Agreed. I can check my IP address in my connection settings, and it's always the same.

That's wierd...

I'd try a router to put an end to any conspiracy theories.

Well, I have noticed with Firefox that I don't have to wait 25 seconds when doing TMS searches one after another.

that's a definite plus

EDIT: nevermind...I just said that, and then got punished because now I do have to wait 25 seconds
