It's actually much quieter... which is why I was looking for new mufflers. But I'd rather have quiet with the Flowmasters than that terrible drone with the Spintechs.
Lately I have a terrible rasp under HARD decel which is more prominent when the exhaust is cool. When it warms up, it somewhat goes away.
Think it could be the Flowmasters going south? They are almost 3 years old. When I had them off, there was a lot of loose stuff (rust/particles) inside of them, but when I tapped on the sides, the baffles didn't sound loose.

Super late but...
Congrats Bill Glad to hear she's back. It's all going to sort itself together now. It's driving under it's own power!
P.s. You sound much happier now. Really glad to notice this change

Congrats Bill. Can't wait to see in person this week. You can start working on your 500 miles by taking me to pick up the my car Friday.
Like Brian already stated yes the Wideband does come with an 02 sensor. FYI-Get it from the same vendor I did. It's $100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Back from the Brenspeed dyno day today.......
New numbers with the Saleen ultimate intake and MAF, along with Brenspeed-spec twin screw cams:
501 rwhp / 455 rwtq. Thinking about changing from the 3.2 pulley that I've been running all year to a 3.4 LOL...

See everybody... 475 rwhp is nothing on stock internals!!
I have a question, though... why do you see torque numbers higher than hp sometimes like in my case (475/505), and hp numbers higher than torque in your case (501/455)?
Is it many variables... or just the type of compressor?

I think it's just the difference between turbos and twin screws. I am just barely seeing 10 psi, on average I see 9.3 to 9.6. I see it as low as probably 2400 rpm or so, all the way to red line.

Mine is back to 10psi, too... via spring, not via boost controller. I need to get it dyno'd on a DynoJet instead of a SuperFlow... what was yours on?
I don't see it until right around 3000 rpm. There is actually more turbo lag just using a spring due to "spring creep". With the boost controller, boost actually helped hold the spring shut until the 10psi was reached... then, BAM!, the spring opens.

A rainy day in Socal so what better thing to do but install my ROUSH 9 bar grill. Working on a possible write up, but here is the final result...I'll take better pictures if the weather improves on Sunday. While I was at it I installed the Moroso Coolant tank see...
Prior to the tank install I drained it using a suction pump.
The rest was easy two bolts in the front and a hose clamp in the rear. Refill the tank bada bing!
