That engine has no HP rating (yet). It's what it can handle. Bill's S/C kit on that engine and on his stock engine will produce the same HP. Actually - a little less since the compression ratio on our stock engines is 9.8:1. However - he can safely up the boost without any worries to gain back that HP loss.

I'll buy an intercooler if I blow this forged engine.

Price is fully assembled.. now I pray that my heads are good.

Great news Bill I know those "pulls" last night got you hot to trott!

Muhahaha!

Who makes the rods, just curious I'm sure they are top notch. Are you going to replace the flywheel and clutch assembly w/ (Spec, Centerforce?) while the "chest is open" If your heads are okay have you considered port & polish? EZ HP gain! I think the wild card here is the condition of the heads. A good a amount of cost and decisions ride on their condition. Think +

Honestly, I don't know.. but they HAVE to be better than the POS sand cast skinny rods that are in there now. Those things snapped like wooden chopsticks!

Oh Luis.
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=467149

If this dude had posted this before I got my tires I'd be all over it. Especially after seeing Brians setup.

Where the ----- is everybody? Looks like I'm home alone.

I'd definitely consider the headers shorty or long tube, while you have the engine out. Jed brings up a good point on the flywheel and clutch. Mights as well do it right Bill. money bags Bill that is.

Yeah.. yeah.. I only need another $1400 or so to make it happen.

Speaking clutches, reading some bad stuff on Spec 2+ clutches on another forum.
Maybe Centerforce is the way to go?
