Most everyone sells emblems like these, but between 5-6 inches long; too long for under the 'GT' fender emblem.

Might be the best of both worlds.. advertise and stealth!


3.7" Supercharged Emblem

If you are packing a turbo under that hood these emblems are perfect. They are 3.7" x 1/4" long which makes it just large enough to read next to the car, but not large enough to see from a distance. Surprise them when they pull up with these emblems!

 

I think those are similar to the emblems I just posted.

Looks good in theory. I looked at the close-up. Is it me or does it look like "gel" writting. Doesn't look like its actual "metal" or anything. Wonder if it'll look tacky.

Brian, wont you be able to hear the twin screw really easy though, with it's low RPM power. That's why I want a Vortech, the power comes on at a higher RPM, so you only get max power when you are already pushing it.

yeah. From everything I've seen/heard on the 'tube or photobucket the whipple twin-screw is very noticable from the instant you're on the boost. I like that evil sound.

On the emblem. I have no idea if anything already exists. but if I could I'd get something like this and swap out the current GT emblem, keeping the faux gas cap with a new center piece. Sorry about the size.

Like this only bigger and black background with silver outlines, like the current emblem.

 

Right now I'm running 39lbs injectors. Do you think if I upgrade to 60lbs and re-tune will HP go up?

I will be striping it..... I'm sure it's a PITA, I'm fixin' to find out just how much of a beotch it will be.

I told Brent he could have the car as long as he wanted/needed so they were working on it around other cars.

Only if you have enough air..... your 39lb injectors should be good for around 480-490 rwhp (max) so likely you could just change pullies and tune and get you the extra kick.

 

It looks to be the same fake chrome plastic as the 'GT' fender emblem. Ehh, it's only $20 for the set, so I might go ahead and get them. Worst case, I'll put one on the roll-a-way and the other on Chris' school notebook.

I believe you only have around 20-30 more rwhp to play with. Beyond that, I think you know what you'll need.

Like Tom mentioned, a pulley change and tune might max you out before the kaboom effect.

Oh, it's definitely possible... Just depends on what your looking for... Vinyl overlay? Metal, plastic overlay? The logo I designed for my local Mustang club is actually circular and we had vinyl stickers made that fit the gas cap perfectly...
