Your crazy Brian! A pre-cruise show and a cruise, then a car show the next day?
I think you're in for a Mustang burnout weekend!

You'll need more than a brush to keep up with me buddy!

If so, we'll have 5 TMS cars in a row!

One of those $3 Autozone dial gauges.
I also have one of those $30 German tire pressure gauges too, reads the same as my Autozone one. Go figure.

Your Ford Fix - Galpin Ford Auto Sports

About two weeks ago I went to Galpin Ford. They have a Auto Sports show room. All I have to say is, bring your wallet! Ford Mustang goodies galore! Below are a few shots of the showroom and a car museum they have, very impressive! Try to make your way down here if you live in Southern California its well worth it!

Umm... I'm predicting that the last thing on my mind after baking out in the sun all day will be Mustangs.

And Bill, you're still ditching the question, what's your entry number?

I thought for sure you'd have the KB installed already. What's up with the super long delays?

But seriously, 2 weeks ago, and now you're posting pics?

Saturday night is a small thing and I'm treating it much like the Mustang cafe at R&Rs. I'm going mainly because it's at John Force's place and so me and my dad could do something. He'd never make it all day at the Sunday show.

Crazy, yep that'd be me !!

Great pics B2 !! If the place wasn't such a PITA to get to I'd really want to go check it out. If anything for the museum/gallery they've got. That looks cool

That are some awesome pics Bill2. What an incredible collection of cars. I can't believe I actually like the "grabber blue" color in the first pic. It looks pretty good.

No DS delivery today.

Oh well, it's way beyond my control.

In return, looks like I'll have an easy day tomorrow finishing up the detailing on the car. I'll try and hook up with Leo as I'm sure he'll have a little bit of touching up to do from the drive up.

Brian, have fun that the Force 'show n' cruise' tomorrow. You can tell us all about it on Sunday.

As of now, I may roll into R&R around 8:30ish or so. Registration opens at 8am.

Too bad. It would ahve been nice to get that in before the show.

If you're bored drive down to Yorba Linda, not in the Stang, right, and check it out. I'll be there 'til 7 or so. I'll post some pics up Saturday evening. I am planning on leaving La Habra Sunday at 8am, so I should get to R&R at around 830 or so.

Oh and I'll have pics of the damage up tonight. Took some better ones today at lunch.

The attack plan is....

Wash &blow-dry the car tonight, pull it into the garage finish the interior and engine bay. Remove the rocker panel. Dad is gonna try to apply rubbing compound as much as possible tonight. If it's no-go tomorrow I'll spray it to hide what I can. Tomorrow morning gonna wax the car and let it sit in the garage 'til we leave for Yorba Linda at around 2-230.

They do look pretty rough. At least you'll have a good story behind it.

But a very, very unfortunate story.

Those pics look worse than the first one you showed us.

difference being a crappy phone camera in a parking structure and my DSLR in the sunlight. You should feel it. I thought it wasn't too much into the plastic but man was I wrong. Just about every single one of the "white streaks" are gouges into the plastic and eventually tearing the bottom up a little. At least it was only the plastic damaged. Lesson learned. I need a beat-up-POS for daily driving and she has got to become a Garage Queen. When that does happen I can't make fun of Bill anymore

It is what it is. I took Leo's advice seriously to heart and am not gonna let it drag me down from having a great time this weekend. Hanging out with my buddies, shooting the Sh_t, surrounded my cool Mustangs and other cool cars, Famous So Cal weather.... what's not to love

Wow were all online right now

Maybe we should start detailing our car right now!. Haven't decided if I'm going to wet wash the car. It looks pretty good right now doing the Adams thing. Have any of you used the Porter Cable auto polisher available from Adams? What are your thoughts? Earlier today I was at the Ruby's diner in Redondo Beach. Great turn out a little light on stangs IMO. I'll post some picts Saturday when I get tired of cleaning my car. One last thing Bill did we miss the show at Edelbrock? I herad that SCMC went there last Saturday

B2, now's not the time to try a new polisher... especially 2 days before the show.

I gotta make it to that Ruby's thing one of these Fridays. Time conficts with Chris' activities though.

Edlebrock? Don't you dare bring up that name to a fellow BCMC Member. Them are fightin' words!

This should explain things a little... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1Z3gWx1XHw
