7.5 Months 8,200 Miles = 14,050+ Miles a year
That will taper off though, as I had several trips this year that I normally wouldn't take.
I would say my norm is 750-1,000 per month.

Ohh and I got the 1st post on Page 200

Approaching a year and a half and just over 12000. The only great thing about living in a college town...not many miles on the car.

Just called CDC and found out my order will be shipping either tomorrow or Monday. So hopefully I'll have it by the end of next week.

Is that better Tom?

BTW-While looking through my timeslips I found I had a slightly faster one so I've changed it out. It was only a tenth or so but still.

Next weekend will be my "overhaul weekend".

1. Change oil (6000 miles give or take)
2. Rotate wheels front to rear
3. Remove rotors to paint.

I did the fronts, but not the rears (but I'll do all 4 over again). I'm going to paint Hi-Temp Gloss Black around the hubs, around the outer edge, and in all the slots and recessed holes. The pads will clean up any overspray the first time I hit the brakes.

4. Clean and polish inside of rims.

Daryl & Leo, Thanks for the links.

I'll have to go and measure that milled area and see if Bob White or the eBay guy has a pony that'll fit in that little corral.

I'm thinking white or red would look pretty cool.

Guess that's better... easy to tell the difference now!

BTW, I don't envy you with that black car - I don't know how you do it. The HARDEST parts to keep clean on my car are the stripes and the rear spoiler. Water spots from hose, rain, dew, etc... and it's garage kept!!

Oh it's a PITA but the reward is how sexy she looks for atleast a few hours. I couldn't stop staring at her during the car show. It's a labor of love.

Blue isn't much easier It looks great when it's clean but only lasts for a short period of time before the dust settles on it.

Hey, a tenth is a tenth! It could be the difference between winning and losing.

3. Wow! That's alot of iron oxide you got there, buddy!
4. Polish the inside of the rim?? See Daryl, I'm not the only one here that's nuts.

That is the good thing about white, I guess. I washed it today (for my Thursday night cruise) for the first time in 5 weeks. Looked as clean as the last time I washed it and I was wondering why I was washing it. Black/Blue/Red do benefit from the polish of choice, though... as white has ZERO reflectivity.

No. Nobody should with radials - only front to back. Radials don't like to be swapped from side to side. But, I have to only go front to rear - I have directional tires.

They look just like the stock rotors. They really weren't powdercoated far enough and that rust is where the pads don't reach.

Can't be zero, I bet you can see some reflection off it.

Then why is that pic in our S197 manual?

I don't have the rust I see in that pic, that's alot! Maybe it's the FL humidity.

Yes! I can see his reflection in his Bullitt!

I think we found the cause of all his leg and body pains.

btw- Why is he always shirtless in all his pics?
