Cool find George I'll post mine as soon as I find my VIN#

This evening yes this evening I switch out my power steering tank. It was a challenge because the Kenne Bell intercooler tank's supply hose is danger close to the new Moroso tank. So I reamed a larger hole and placed a rubber washer on the KB support. I drained the tank using this cool suction tool.
Here are a few pictures...

Sizing up the location...

Fluid extraction...

These FORD clamps are a PITA I reused them. I used this mini vise grip worked excellent.

Refill...

Check for leaks...

All Done...

that's a pretty good looking piece, nice welds too

doesnt look too bad of a swap out, did the fluid extractor come with it, or did you buy that separate?

It didn't come with the tank I bought it at Kragen. I think you can find it at AutoZone or Pep Boys too it was $9.00 bones it made the job EZ no oil spill. Its actually use to measure oil to fuel mixture on 2 cycle motors.

PS Tank looks great Jed!

I didn't reuse any of those OEM clamps (anywhere) and went with SS clamps instead.

I was thinking of switching then out but the ones I have were a little to big. I don't like how the excess screw tab sicks out. This maybe an opportunity to use a Python connectors in da future.

Those Python clamps would be the ultimate.

They're heavy duty and look good for show. But for everyday servicability, can't beat the regular clamps.
