I'm home during the day and could give you a ride Ray

Only because I would prefer the Paxton air/air cooler, thus keep the system matching.

Paxton and Vortech are under one umbrella now.

Hey, the POTR got shot at Cars and Coffee! I found this on Dave Lindsay's "socalculture.com" - it looks like Jed, TB, and Luis for sure and Arnold Holland off to the left... but with my crappy eye sight, I can't be sure... but can't mistake Jed's grin! I also understand Leo went - is Leo the gent with the Ray-bans?

http://public.fotki.com/wackydave/cr...coffee056.html

There may be others but I'm at work now...

TB - I only knew you worked at LGB but not a specific location within it. Glad you're OK, though.

Gary, if you can't swing the cooled kit, then just get the one you can afford. Sure, having an intercooler is all that plus more, but a non-cooled kit is no slouch by any means.

I mean alot of people buy these kits and install and never get a dyno tune. I'm not saying I won't get one, but I can limp up to Houston and get my custom tune then.
I'd say yes.

It's my opinion as well as Greg's that the Brenspeed tune is an agressive tune. Meaning that all of your ducks better be in a row and singing to the same tune (if you catch my dift).

Timing makes or breaks dyno numbers on a boosted motor (given a set boost psi and fuel delivery). More timing will yield higher numbers, while less timing gives higher reliabilty.

No matter what, any tune should be verified on a dyno before deemed a keeper.

Again, just my measly $.02, YMMV.

That's him. He rode ***** with Luis that day.

That's also the day I felt the sickness coming on.

I actually work just outside of the airport in the huge yellowish hangar visible off the 405 & Cherry.

Hey Brian, did you call ST and talk with them? Adam said that someone called and spoke about the swap.
Yes I did, I had to call the anyway regarding the icebox and possible shift-light. Figured I'd throw out the "a friend of mine is going to call".

I can't do it Monday... I *might* be going down there this Friday at the earliest or most likely next Friday.

I don't know if I could stand the typing. It said it took that guy 45 minutes to write a one-paragraph e-mail.

Look at the wheel spin then search for a letter etc how long does that take as opposed to one button being pushed ? some of the alphabeticalized searching looks cool. I'd rather have that table with that huge screen like on CSI New-York set a ohne or camera down and it brings it all up with no fuss. Now theres a tool worth having.

That looks stupid and slow. This maybe one of Apple first major screwups. I think it would have been better if they had a full touch sensitive screen where the keyboard was then the circle thing. Did you hear the reporter at the end she says "dick" around. that got me hawt

It's actually really well done and very funny. I would not be surprised if something like that happened or close to it.

Watched the macworld live feeds. Not a ton of new stuff. New iLife for photo and movies, new iWork blah, new macbook 17" aluminum unibody for 2700....

8M songs in iTunes will be DRM free today and the remaining by the end of the month or quarter (can't remember) the remaining 2M
(M = million)

low-key no new iMacs or mac minis, but the no DRM is HUGE.

That's good because there is nothing tempting me to buy a new computer.....
