I agree, I think those emblems are too tall for the side of the Shaker scoop.

Although they look pretty nice, they won't flow with my setup; too many '281' signs up front.

 

Agreed... no way would you want that emblem on the fender AND the 281 emblem on the shaker.

 

Can't help from comparing this emblem to Ferrari's.

Think whomever the manufacturer of this emblem is, should've tried it with the Mustang running horse.

 

Way different! We have a rearing horse... Ferrari has a prancing horse. See how it looks like the Ferrari horse is dancing?

Also, a similar black horse on a yellow shield is the Coat of Arms of the German city of Stuttgart. This name comes from Stutengarten, which translates into English as stud farm.

Well I still haven't recieved my mustang sill stickers, 14" antenna, or my pony emblems. Once I recieve them and install them I'll be ordering my Bamachips tune and O/R H pipe. Your probably wondering why don't you just order it now. Well I love the anticipation of waiting for my new mods and then the satisfaction of seeing them installed. So I don't want to have everything here at one time because I'm sure some things (tune and H pipe) will overshadow the coolness of the small stuff. I know I'm .

That's why I wouldn't get the black rocker panels... even if it looked wonderful, I wouldn't get them. Nor would I get the corral around the pony in the grille (V6 pony package).

 

Not only the sound (which will be way loud if you go with the Pypes), but the duel exhaust tips, front bumper, fogs, wheels, and rear emblem all scream GT!

Hey Tom I was looking at the graphics express website and it won't let me order the hood stripes you have. WTF? Did he custom make them for you? I'd perfer not to have the powered by ford so I'm wondering if that was done seperatly? Tks in advance. I'll probably order it and see how it looks just draped over and then decide. One more thing can you post a pics looking straight foward on to your hood. I looked through your pics but you only had one from a side view.

 

I check the site every once in awhile to see if he's made the links to my car active... I honestly think he's forgot about it! Call him and ask about "the shaker hood stripes" and tell him the link isn't active... maybe that will get him to finish it... 352-341-0077

The "Powered by Ford" is separate... if you look further down the screen, you'll see another non-active link under "Accents". (Maybe ask him about that link, too, even though you aren't really interested in that.)

Do you want a picture straight on so you see the shaker and in front of the shaker? Or straight on from above a little so you can see behind the shaker, too? I have this one, but I took it off because my windshield looked so crappy for some reason:

You can see how much of a crown on the hood there really is in that picture - it cuts the sun in half! That's a really bad picture and you don't notice the crown that much in person.

 

Put 1 coat of Zaino on today and that was all I could handle , it was HOT outside!

Couple of little things left to clean up, but I'll do that later.

Best part of today was when I kicked it over and heard the raucous sound of the exhaust!
Sorry, just a little giddy since I don't start the engine too often.
