This reminds me... I did find a place for the 281 emblems. I liked the way they looked, but for some reason I didn't like them on the scoop. So, now they are still on the scoop, but hidden some what...

I put them toward the back because it was too crowded toward the front. I centered them between the "M" and "S" on one side and between the "A" and "G" on the other side. Just by "eye"... no precise measuring (can't see them both at the same time anyway).

Must be some good adhesive. They were on the scoop (like Bill's) for a week or so, then I pulled them off and they sat collecting dust for a month or so now. I just stuck them back on in the new location with no additional adhesive... just cleaned the plastic with alcohol.

My current drama with UPS...
Found out that my truck had been delayed a day somewhere between TX and CA due to "ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS CAUSED THIS DELAY" (according to their website tracking info).

Sooo, hopefully tomorrow will be the day.

I hate when UPS and FedEx change stuff like that. Weeks from now it will seem trivial that you had to wait an extra day, but during the shipping process we always want it NOW!! I know how you feel...

Well, let me tell ya... I noticed the throttle has become much 'touchier' in gear. RPM's drop a little quicker between the 1-2 shift making it much more enjoyable.
Truth is, I don't drive the car enough to tell a 'day to day' difference. Everytime I get in this thing, it feels like a rocket!

We had a great time at Race Rock today... met a lot of nice people and saw some great cars with some nice mods! No two even close to being alike!

I'm at work right now so I won't be able to upload pics until I get home at midnight. Burke0011, MTAS, and I talked about setting up a new thread just for all the pics that we all took today. So, when I find out what we're doing, I'll put a link here!
