On the right edge it looks a little off but I think that's do to the camera flash. I say it's a good match. Get a pic if it out in the sun so we can see if it changes anything.

 

You're keazy! I mean, crazy! It's hard to tell in the pics, but it looks pretty good!

My mirror covers don't look like they match, but they just aren't at the same angle as anything else. They look darker in this pic than the body:

 

Do you still want the CDC/MRT 1/4 window louvers?? I found a shop in SD that will paint them for $100. I go down to LA about every other weekend so I'd be more than willing to pic them up and drop them off for you.

 

Tom I was just checking out your pics and I thougt of something that might add to your cars looks. Have you ever thougt of getting the v6 side skirts and then either having just the bottom of the rear bumper painted black or getting the GT/CS rear bumper.

 

IMO that would be TOO much black around the rockers, and possibly the rear, since he has the Panel Back there.

I have thought about doing that, too. The only problem is just what you said... it's the way the V6's look (the rocker panels). I have thought about getting the Street Scene's add-on diffuser and painting it black, but then it would probably hit the Flowmaster tips, and I also don't like the way it goes "up" toward the tire:


I was thinking that, too... too much black.

 

Or since your going for that mach1 look how about a white ducktail with a the black stripe design like your hood. Also leaving your spoiler on. Sorry I'm going crazy with all these Ideas here's a few more though.

Get Side stripes like the GT/CS ones and some scoops.

Or just leave it the way it is.

 

KDF your crazy it looks fine I think the heats getting to you. Put them on and enjoy your new louvers.

 

I think you are getting the "Too-Picky" bug like me and Bill. I can see it does look a little brighter in the second picture. But it just depends on if you can live with it or not.

 

OK Tom I give up how about just a cdc lightbar.

 

No ducktail!! The wing being black is "Mach 1" enough for me.

I was going to get the side stripes if I went with the GT/CS look, but the Mach 1's have them down where mine are. I just wanted thinner ones because the 3" rocker stripes looked too wide IMO.

I probably will get some side scoops like the GT/CS, but I will paint them white.

 

Now, THAT is a good possibility! I've been tossing this back and forth for awhile now. I even talked CDC into selling me one directly from them without a middle man like Mustang Tuning.

 

Of course. If you painted them black I'd have to do this.

 

I'm still thinking of getting these (in white of course).

Awesome I found these to I think they'd match perfectly.

 

I gotta say Rice , as Thats the only ones I have ever seen those on. I have to see those on a Stang first too , but I think I would still say rice.
