5 mins fast steamed or par boiled is tops for me. That soggy, smelly stuff that restaurants and buffets call broccoli that were in the steam table more than 15 mins are GROSS!

Chicken Saltimbocca. We had one half chicken breast boneless and skinless. Mae West would have been proud of one of these. This chicken probably spent her afternoons beating up Labradors.

Dinner at the Red Lobster tonight for my dads birthday. My brothers buying so I'm thinking lobster.
