A creamy pb sammich is about the same as a mayo sammich.

Ahhh, much better now. Should be good for the evening. New York strips, splashed with a little Dale's, rubbed down with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with a little Montreal Steak seasoning, and a little rosemary. Tossed on a 600+ degree grill to get a nice sear and char on the outside, but med rare inside. By the time I take them off and let the rest, they're between mid rare and medium. Perfect.
