Served hot, with the mozzarella melting. We usually use the mini penne pasta and get the mozzarella ciliegini in olive oil from Trader Joe's - dump it all in.

Since I flubbed V-Day, I'm doing double-cut filets on the grill tonight (Saturday). Probably bleu-cheese-mashed potatoes, her homemade yeast rolls (which, when combined with half-n-half, rival ambrosia), and a yet-to-be-determined dessert. I'll be cleaning the kitchen for her. I also promised I'd do a brisket sometime next week. She said I was forgiven.

Hoping to get a replacement for my old, abused and recently disposed of grill today.
Got a couple of amazing porterhouses I will "deflower" it with tonight.
Thinking sesame-marinated mushrooms, some bleu cheese taters (thanks for the idea kcoTiger!) and some rabbit food will round it out.

I may even have to dust off the bottle of Glenfiddich 21 Year Speyside I have stashed.

Ribs, brisket, sausage, beans, potato salad from City Market in Luling.

Had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to get to counter to order.
