I really hope your pretty plates taste good also. I feel like a dang Neanderthal with my big bowl of whatever the hell over here. Looks great though. My chicken Parmesan is usually the only thing that I plate nicely. Not sure why but it's just not right all piled up.

Thanks Al. To me they taste better than they look. I use real butter, cream spices, fresh herbs and veggies which makes a big difference. My meals look ok a couple days a week otherwise they look neanderthal too LOL!
Honestly my plating is pretty crappy compared to my chef friends.
