I can't make an omelette worth a crap. Never have been able to make one like I want it to turn out. It always ends up scrambled eggs. WTF? I've tried many different things, I just want an omelette with cheese to go with my steak but it never turns out right. It always goes to hell when I try to turn it over and everything falls apart. I've watched videos online and I just can't get mine to do like that, they fall apart and run all over the place when I try to turn them over, or they are much too raw for me (gotta have my eggs really done).

I'm no expert here either but lower the heat and wait a little longer to flip it over.

I think that is my problem, I get too anxious and try to flip it too early.

I make a pretty good omelet

I flip it in the pan you know like without a spatula

My wife however has some kind of trick she learned on the Internet and I'll be damned if her omelettes aren't perfect. She only does them when I'm asleep so I haven't ever seen the trick.

Freakin' women. I was cooking a steak, outside, on the grill at 3 AM, in my underwear and nothing else last night, and we can't get them to cook a couple eggs in the house in nothing short of a hazmat suit.

Even though you like the Chalet Swiss, do you like the sushi because it's never touched a frying pan?

Picked up a couple BK grilled dogs. They're pretty dang good. Leftover Vietnamese for later.

I can't even remember that last time I ate at BK, I'd say at least 10 years. I used to like it when I was younger though, better than McDs. Back when I ate fast food, usually I went to Wendy's or Hardee's.
