Chicken quesadillas

 

Long grain wild rice, field peas, mahi mahi, sweet tea.

 

Made a pot of my homemade bean soup, with little pieces of smoked sausage, potato, carrot, and onion. Good stuff on a cold winter night.

 

2" New Zealand lamb loin chops, salad, biscuits w/honey butter, wine.

 

Yum yum yum!

 

TACOS!!!

 

Same here. And not because it's Tuesday.

 

Shrimps

 

I figure everyone around here should be sufficiently cleaned out by Thursday. Chili last night, tacos tonight, and pizza tomorrow night.

 

Fish combo: catfish filets and salmon filets with some pepper and soy and a baked potato for me and the boy, perogies for the wife.

 

Pizza! That sounds like a good dinner tomorrow.

Old movie night?

 

Nope. I worked a lil late and hubby was out and about. He normally cooks during the week but he wasn't home. Then I needed to carry in wood and get the wood stove fired up so I didn't have time for anything too time consuming if I didn't want to eat at 9pm? And it's great comfort food on a cold day!

 

Dessert.

 

Mmmmm. I haven't made those in years. Now I'm craving them.

 

The chocolate chips are dark chocolate. So good.

The GF rice krispies are really hard to find right now but my mom found a few boxes today.
