BBQ'd ribeye tonight

 

I had Cognac for dinner.

 

Making chili and corn bread. Haven't had it for a year and a half. I'm so looking forward to it.

 

I'd die without cornbread, lol. Gotta have it in my beans.

There's like nothing left. 3lbs. of hamburger is nowhere near enough.

Shrimp *****, crispy fried gulf shrimp, jalapeño hush puppies, sautéed zucchini, homemade cocktail and creole sauces, and green leaf lettuce and tomato salad

 

 

 

Ugh, those look so good.

 

My Uncle from Alabama is up visiting and he brought some fresh shrimp along with his famous butt rub pork loin. My other Uncle from Connecticut came down to visit with fresh Maine lobsters so tonight's dinner was epic! :-)

 

BBQ Chicken, Baked Taters with all the fixin's, grilled corn on the cob, accompanied by bourbon, beers, champagne, and wine!

there's no way those are what you say they are. I've eaten a lot of shrimp, even the Alabama reds don't have ***** that big.
