Angus Ribeye Salad with home roasted pecans, roasted garlic, avocado, local dried cranberries, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, roma tomatoes and herb greens. My pre-workout meal today. Dinner will be Ahi Tuna with Spinach Risotto...if i have the patience for the risotto later. for those of you on a juice diet...my condolences

Ahi with Spinach Risotto.
The Ahi was lightly sauteed in white wine, olive oil, garlic slices and pickled red pepper slices, with salt n pepper. The risotto is just arborio rice with spinach, chopped mushrooms and parmesan simmered in chicken broth and white wine. added red n orange flame broiled pepper halves.

I'm craving sirloin, baked potato, and green beans on the grill.... May have to shovel the patio again and fire it up! Snow does keep the beer cold though.....
