Really sucks when it's cold out. Wind bites right through my clothes. Luckily we have a 350000 BTU heater!

After one week on the new routine! Only supplements i use are a high cal./protein shake with bfast, lunch, post workout- and half before bed.

I'm not very big either. 5'3" 108 lbs. but I don't have to work as hard to get in shape. I like that

And yea im the sane way, couple weeks workin out and swimming and ill be back in pretty decent shape. If i really want to hit my peak then that takes a couple months

Because I like food too much. Dieting for a show is incredibly difficult for me. My body craves carbs and I cut down on those before comps

I could never diet, i always just eat whats in front of me lol
I try eating rice with everymeal just to fill up a but easier. Kinda helps me not eat as much

It is 12-14 weeks of torture for 5 minutes on stage. But I do look **** good for a day or so haha (until I pig out after)
