The Geek Out
How so? Roller coaster tycoon ran on slow *** single core computers. Tables have a min of dual core with more ram and better intergrated graphics now days. Should run flawlessly
It's not just about the CPU speed or graphics. Windows programs are built for x86 architecture, while Android runs on ARM. The x86 emulator wouldn't just have to emulate a program, but emulate an architecture. If it can't be converted in advance, it'll have to be converted in real time. And I'd think that'll be terribly slow.

For the geeks that know a bit of C/C++ coding.. www.Arduino.CC, you can order it at www.Sparkfun.com I am making a 2x4 foot interactive led table being controlled by an Arduino Mega. I havent had this much fun with electronics in a long time.. this thing is sweet.
